Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a warehouse associate responsible for hand building pallets of product for bulk, route trucks and ensuring load accuracy. The role uses a forklift or pallet jack and requires careful handling of 20–45 lb cases, standing and moving for long periods.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, documenting shipments, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. Shift length varies with workload and weather conditions; 18+ years and warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience operating forklift and powered pallet jack preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick equipment.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area and ensure regular attendance.
