Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a hands-on warehouse associate to hand-build pallets for bulk loads, operate a forklift and pallet jack, and ensure accurate loading for outgoing and incoming trucks. The role requires following shipper/receiver documentation, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and working under varying conditions and shifts as workload dictates.

Primary duties include using load sheets, marking stock items, wrapping pallets, and staging loads for delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Commitment to safety and efficiency while handling pallets.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment (if applicable).
• Mark load tickets for out of stock items and wrap pallets when finished.
• Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet/load into truck when ready and complete partial pallets.
