Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a warehouse associate to hand build pallets for bulk and route trucks. You will use a forklift or electronic pallet jack to assemble loads, verify accuracy, and prepare shipments.

The role requires lifting heavy cases, standing for long periods, and adapting to varying daily workloads in a warehouse environment. Primary duties include load building, staging, wrap/secure pallets, and ensuring compliance with shipper/receiver docs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in a warehouse environment is helpful.
• Must be able to lift 20–45 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment (if applicable).
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
