Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee daily receiving, order pulling, and loading for next-day delivery. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate picking, and maintain proper stop sequence on outbound trucks, while ensuring stock rotation and compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Warehouse Manager, using our warehouse system to optimize productivity, and handling paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of warehouse or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating performance.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling and proper stop sequence for trucks.
• Ensures stock rotation using first-in/first-out procedures.
• Demonstrates strong service quality by guiding team toward internal/external customer satisfaction.
• Coordinates pick planning with the Warehouse Manager.
• Utilizes warehouse management systems and technologies to maximize productivity.
• Safeguards building security and health and safety programs.
