Job summary

Sysco is seeking a night warehouse supervisor to oversee order selection, replenishment and loading operations, ensuring safety and security of the facility. You will direct assigned staff and coordinate with shifts to maintain productivity and compliance.

Responsibilities include labor planning within budget, training staff, and maintaining accurate shipping documentation (HAACP, food safety, catch-weight). The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years in related roles.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• Powered Industrial Equipment Certification required within 3 months.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business information and write reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work and safety of employees in night warehouse functions.
• Manages labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Prepares work schedules including extra shifts as needed.
• Ensures proper use of company assets to support the warehouse.
• Reviews night warehouse productivity and suggests efficiency improvements.
• Audits shipping and loading with required HAACP, food safety and catch-weight documentation.
