Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our growing team in California. The role oversees daily warehouse operations, leads huddles, trains associates, and ensures safe, efficient receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of warehouse or inventory experience, prior supervision, and comfortable working in cold-storage environments. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to drive a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience.
• Experience as a team leader or supervisor preferred.
• Ability to work in cold-storage/freezer environments for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and data entry for inventory tasks.
• Strong communications, problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations; prioritize tasks with safety in mind.
• Lead training and provide guidance to associates.
• Accurately pull, process, label and document customer orders for delivery.
• Receive, stock, rotate products; participate in audits and cycle counts.
• Load/unload trucks and operate warehouse equipment after training.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and contribute to a positive environment.
• Adhere to safety/compliance protocols and work overtime as needed.
