Imperial Brady is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the morning shift in City of Industry to lead daily warehouse operations, coordinate put-away activities, and ensure safety and efficiency. You will forecast staffing and material needs, coach associates, and drive continuous process improvements within a dynamic distribution environment.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, regulatory awareness, and collaboration with the supply chain team to meet productivity and expense goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations or distribution.
• Working knowledge of government regulations for warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and engagement skills.
• Experience implementing process improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate daily warehouse activities on the morning shift.
• Monitor put-away, error prevention, and replenishment productivity.
• Forecast volume, staffing, and supply needs to meet budgets.
• Ensure building conditions and safety standards.
• Develop associates through training and coaching.
• Perform other duties and special projects.
