Imperial Brady is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Bell, CA to support daily operations including receiving, stocking, picking and packing, plus inventory control and facility upkeep.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer service, with opportunities to work in cold environments and operate pallets jacks and forklifts after training. Candidates should have basic math and computer skills and be prepared for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory is preferred but entry level allowed.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners; basic math and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and process customer orders for delivery and shipping, including labeling and documentation.
• Receive, stock, and rotate products; participate in audits, cycle counts, and annual inventory.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts after proper training.
• Assist with warehouse facility and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and warehouse.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management; attend department meetings.
• Abide by all safety and compliance protocols.
• Take personal ownership of all customer needs with speed and urgency.
• Additional duties as assigned.
