Job summary

Imperial Brady is hiring a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure tasks are prioritized and completed safely, and serve as a resource for training and guidance.

This role requires at least 2 years’ warehouse or inventory experience, previous supervision preferred, the ability to work in a cold-storage environment, and proficiency with pallet jacks, stand‑up forklifts, scanners and related equipment. A high school diploma is expected, with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a team leader or supervisor preferred.
• Ability to work in cold-storage/freezer environment for extended periods.
• Experience with pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment preferred.
• Basic computer skills for warehouse management systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed safely.
• Act as a resource for training and guidance to warehouse associates.
• Accurately pull and process customer orders for delivery and shipping, including labeling and documentation.
• Receive, stock, and rotate products; participate in audits and inventory counts.
• Load and unload trucks and operate warehouse equipment after training.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace; adhere to safety protocols.
