Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team in a high-demand distribution environment. You will ensure safety standards, improve procedures, and coordinate with leaders to maintain smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has proven warehouse leadership, strong communication skills, and a track record of achieving efficient, accurate order fulfillment with emphasis on inventory control and safe labor practices.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on supervision and training.
• Results-driven with ability to lead a diverse warehouse and driver team to meet daily goals.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and delivery processes, with emphasis on inventory control and fleet management.

Responsibilities

• Lead selection, training, direction, and motivation of warehouse personnel to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Lead/Manager; provide coverage during absences.
• Ensure safety equipment is maintained and used per safety standards.
• Use routing software to optimize delivery routes and assign drivers.
• Assist with timekeeping and attendance for warehouse staff.
• Coach and develop the Warehouse Team, applying progressive discipline when needed.
• Ensure training modules are completed in the LMS.
• Distribute work efficiently using the ERP for pick, pack and build operations.
• Establish quality control to minimize errors and achieve 90% Perfect Order Score.
• Train associates on MHE, LMS, and Supply Chain technology.
