fairlife is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator for 12-hour night shifts in Webster, NY. The role ensures efficient flow of materials, accurate shipping/receiving documentation, and active coordination with planning and logistics to meet daily goals.

Position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with WMS; 3–5 years warehouse experience preferred. Base pay is $30–$33 per hour with a $2 night shift differential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient computer skills; experience with WMS, D365 or SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow of materials and trailers in shipping/receiving to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Complete shipping/receiving docs accurately while upholding food safety standards.
• Utilize Yard Management Software to track trailer moves and driver comms.
• Inform departments of inventory changes or discrepancies.
• Respond to emails for scheduling and routine warehouse inquiries.
• Verify daily yard checks and address concerns promptly.
• Assist shift supervisor to meet daily goals and maintain audit readiness.
• Maintain organized filing of documents and support data collection.
