Job summary

fairlife, LLC in Webster, NY is seeking a Warehouse Operator to load/unload trailers, maintain a clean, organized warehouse, and complete paperwork under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor.

This full-time role is a night shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule and a $2 night differential. Benefits, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with handheld RF scanners.
• Experience with powered industrial equipment.
• Basic computer/data entry skills; WMS experience a plus.
• Knowledge of GMPs.
• Ability to learn warehouse automation.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work different shifts, including off shifts.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Adhere to food safety and quality practices; uphold fairlife culture.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely.
• Accurate receipt and shipping documentation; file manifests and bills of lading.
• Comply with warehousing and shipping requirements; advise management as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and be audit-ready.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound material flow for inventory control.
• Inform departments of inventory changes or discrepancies.
• Take daily consumables inventory and participate in cycle counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
