Job summary

fairlife, LLC in Webster, NY is seeking a Packaging Operator for a 12-hour night shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. You will operate, set up, and troubleshoot sleeving, case packing, or palletizing equipment while ensuring finished products meet specifications.

Responsibilities include safety adherence, quality checks, jam clearance, and equipment cleaning. Base pay ranges from $24 to $25 per hour with a $2 night differential; benefits and bonus eligibility apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment after training and troubleshoot minor problems.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up and troubleshoot packaging equipment.
• Pack and palletize products to meet specifications.
• Follow GMP and safety rules and report issues to Supervisors.
