Job summary

fairlife, LLC in Coopersville, MI is hiring for a Warehouse Operator on the night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. Responsibilities include put-away of finished goods, receiving materials, and supporting palletizing and loading processes.

You will ensure accurate inventory, proper paperwork, and adherence to GMP and safety rules. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, ability to operate forklifts, and basic math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must work in a safe, efficient manner and follow all safety procedures including the use of safety equipment.
• Must be able to troubleshoot small problems and know when to escalate.
• Must be willing to ask for assistance when the process is unclear.

Responsibilities

• Follow direction of Warehouse Manager and Production Supervisors.
• Safely operate forklifts and put away palletized products.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and ensure accurate paperwork and data entry.
