Job summary

fairlife in Webster, NY seeks a Warehouse Coordinator for a 12-hour night shift on a rotating weekend schedule. The role drives material flow in shipping/receiving, maintains inventory integrity, and supports DC operations in a 112,000 sq ft rack storage plus 90,000 sq ft high-density ASRS.

Responsibilities include ensuring food safety, accurate documentation, and collaboration with planning/logistics to resolve issues. Night shift differential applies.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Accuracy and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with professional demeanor.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with WMS, SAP, D365 is a plus.
• 3–5 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of materials and trailers throughout shipping and receiving to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to food safety and quality standards and uphold the fairlife Believe in Better culture.
• Complete shipping/receiving documentation accurately and file manifests and bills of lading.
• Use Yard Management Software to track trailer moves and driver communications.
• Inform planning and logistics of carrier or load issues for expedient resolution.
• Assist shift supervisor and warehouse manager to meet daily goals.
• Maintain audit readiness with clean floors, drains, cooler, and posts.
