Job summary

Towne Towne is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality and parking services at night. You will assist guests with luggage, park and retrieve vehicles, and ensure safety during arrival and departure.

The role operates 11:00pm–7:00am with pay at $15 per hour plus cash tips daily. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required; one month of related experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license in the state you’re applying to work, or within commuting distance.
• One month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles safely and efficiently; assists guests with luggage.
• Provides directions, taxis, reservations and other guest inquiries; shares local information.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures and processes tickets and keys accurately.
• Performs duties to support guest arrival and departure in a courteous, attentive manner.
