Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality to guests, including parking and retrieving vehicles and assisting with luggage at arrival and departure.

The role requires a friendly, efficient, and professional approach, with responsibilities spanning guest interactions, rate explanations, ticket handling, and coordination with staff to ensure smooth service. Overnight shifts from 7pm to 11am, with eligibility for benefits and a 401k where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation and courtesy in interactions.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner using guest names where possible.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue and manage claim checks and ticket information.
• Accurate cash handling and revenue collection as required.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
