Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services in a safe, friendly environment.

You will assist guests with parking, vehicle retrieval, luggage handling, and information on local attractions. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read/write standard English; basic arithmetic skills.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently; assist with luggage when needed.
• Provide directions, taxi information, reservations, and local attractions information; deliver guest items.
