Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure. The role emphasizes a friendly, efficient guest experience across shifts.

Compensation is hourly with tips; benefits include various insurance options and a 401(k). The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and basic math and customer service skills. Seasonal roles may differ.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Required Licensure, Certification, etc.: Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable).
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assist guests with luggage.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests and maintain ticket information.
