Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality to guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and assist with luggage during arrivals and departures. You will greet guests, maintain a friendly demeanor, and ensure accurate ticketing and customer service throughout shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 month of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license or commuting distance within state.
• 1 month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read/write English; follow simple instructions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
