Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is hiring a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality to guests, manage vehicle parking and retrieval, and assist with luggage during arrival and departure at our location.

You will greet guests, maintain a friendly demeanor, and ensure safe, efficient service. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least one month of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state or be within commuting distance.
• One month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services to guests in a friendly, attentive manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure when applicable.
• Answer inquiries, give directions, and share local information.
• Explain parking rates and issue/collect claims and tickets accurately.
