Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality to guests arriving and departing. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage, and deliver items as needed, in a safe and friendly manner.

The position offers 11pm–7am shifts, both part-time and full-time, with hourly pay of $19–$20 and benefits including a 401(k) plan and insurance options. Join a team dedicated to seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Required Licensure, Certification, etc.: Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work (as applicable).
• Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills: Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Skills: Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Skills: Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization.
• Skills: Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's; ability to perform these operations using units of American money.
• Skills: Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems.
• Skills: Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed.
• Skills: Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
• Skills: Perform parallel parking

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Acknowledge and greets guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously.
• Assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Delivers messages, items and/or guest amenities as requested.
• Shuttles guests to appropriate places that are approved by the location.
