Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a friendly Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage.

Position requires weekend evening availability (1:00pm-9:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, or 5:00pm-2:00am). Benefits include insurance options and participation in the company 401k plan. Must hold a valid driver’s license and have basic customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• 1 month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English and to perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and acknowledge them within five feet.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Maintain accurate ticket information including key tags, guest folios, and claim checks.
• Perform duties in a professional manner and communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
