Responsibilities

• Warm welcome and assist guests with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours.
• Document existing damage on claim tickets after conducting vehicle inspections.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles following safety protocols and key handling procedures.
• Monitor and secure the parking area throughout the night.
• Maintain a clean, organized valet station and wear a full uniform.
• Record hours and gratuities accurately per company policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
• Arrive on time and comply with hotel policies and safety guidelines.
• Support team members and assist with additional tasks for smooth overnight operations.
• Contribute to daily operations as needed.
