Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws; drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local law.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe vehicle, trailer, package, and personnel movement per site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations.
• Complete detailed activity reports and communicate security-related concerns or irregularities to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
