Job summary

The role involves providing customer service, patrolling facilities, monitoring access, and responding to incidents at a logistics and distribution location.

Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old for unarmed roles, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular foot/vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify entry for employees and visitors.
• Observe shipping/receiving activity and report suspicious behavior.
