Qualifications

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation per federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or delivery drivers at a logistics location by following site policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, yards, parking areas, and building entrances.
• Monitor access points and observe movements of people and vehicles entering or leaving the facility as per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and situations calmly and notify appropriate contacts or emergency services as directed.
• Document patrol activities and incidents in required reports and communicate information to supervision and site leadership.
