Werner Enterprises is seeking a fleet supervisory professional to strengthen driver relations and ensure home time, payroll, and equipment needs are met. You will collaborate with Dedicated and Associate Logistics Managers to optimize loads based on origin, destination, freight type, miles, and stops.

You will interface with multiple departments to improve value for Werner and customers, and you will maintain a full driver board with timely attendance and reliability in the workplace.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of fleet/transportation experience preferred.
• Six months to one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with computer terminals and satellite systems.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain driver relationships and address needs including home time, payroll, equipment issues, and violations.
• Partner with Dedicated and Associate Logistics Managers to optimize driver loads based on origin, destination, freight type, miles, stops, and availability.
• Understand and align with customer dynamics and goals to improve value for the Customer and Werner.
• Interface with billing, operations, risk, safety, payroll, fuel, maintenance, and external vendors.
• Work with Dedicated Logistics Manager and/or Operations Manager to maintain a full driver board.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Dedicated Logistics Manager.
• Maintain timely and regular attendance according to scheduled shifts.
