Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 2–3 years fleet management in truckload.
• 6 months to 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain driver relationships to meet home time, payroll, and equipment needs.
• Collaborate with Managers to optimize driver loads by origin, destination, freight type, and miles.
• Interface with billing, risk, safety, payroll, and other departments.
• Fill and maintain a full board of drivers with the Operations Manager.
• Ensure timely attendance per shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
