Crystal Mountain in Washington is seeking a Night Ticket Checker to audit RFID gates and ensure correct ticket types during night ski operations. You will set up mazes, manage crowd flow, and assist guests with inquiries, reporting to the Lift Operations Manager and Ticket Checking Supervisor.

The role requires early mornings/evenings, weekend work, and a focus on guest service in a dynamic mountain environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or hospitality settings preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit RFID gates to verify ticket type during night operations.
• Set up and take down mazes and maintain maze integrity.
• Manage crowd flow in lift lines and assist guests as needed.
• Answer guest questions and escalate issues to supervisors as required.
