Job summary

Crystal Mountain Ski Resort in Washington is seeking a Part Time Parking Attendant to manage vehicle flow, assist guests with parking, and monitor entry and exit operations. You will maintain vehicle counts, report violations, and coordinate with the Parking Transportation and Security team to ensure a safe, efficient parking experience.

The role requires outdoor work in varying weather, strong communication, and a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Outdoor parking experience in varying weather conditions.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Excellent customer service and guest interaction.
• Self-motivated with time-management skills.
• Must be 15 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicles and traffic control at entrances/exits.
• Assist guests with parking and direct to spots.
• Monitor and report parking violations to supervision.
• Maintain daily vehicle counts and coordinate with supervisor.
• Greet guests and answer parking-related questions.
• Set up and tear down assigned lot; manage reservations.
