Job summary

McLaren Health in Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Nursing Float Pool to deliver high-quality patient care across units. You will work nights, 7pm-7am, with a 72-hour biweekly schedule, following policy, procedure, and nursing process guidelines.

The role requires an active Michigan RN license, BLS, ACLS within required departments, and prior specialty experience. You will supervise ancillary staff, document care, educate patients, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to

• Active Michigan RN license required.
• ACLS/BLS certification as applicable to departmental unit.
• Experience in a specialty area will be considered for competency maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, document response to care, and adjust plans as needed.
• Plan and implement care and provide patient teaching per plan of care.
• Oversee ancillary personnel for technical tasks.
