Job summary

McLaren Health Care in Michigan is seeking a Night Shift Nurse Aide to support patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will perform day-to-day activities, maintain a safe, clean environment and support patients with daily living tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 6 months related experience, and BLS certification. This is a full-time night shift with a 72-hour biweekly schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six (6) months of job-related experience and/or training.
• BLS certification from AHA/ARC or Canadian equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs delegated patient care interventions to support treatment goals.
• Delivers compassionate patient and family support and assistance.
• Provides physical support for daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA/OSHA and other regulations.
• Maintains safe, clean environment and follows infection-control policies.
• Performs other related duties as requested.
