The Home Depot is seeking a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT) to grow hands-on skills in overnight freight operations and store leadership. The program blends mentorship, practical duties, and a structured training plan to prepare you for manager-level responsibilities.

You will work with Night Replenishment Managers, store leadership, and field teams to implement strategies that improve service, sales, and profitability while ensuring safety and policy compliance

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum years of work experience: 3.

Responsabilidades

• Gain hands-on experience in Night Operations and freight handling.
• Collaborate with Night Replenishment Managers and store leadership to execute SOPs.
• Learn OASM key responsibilities during training up to 6 weeks.
• Support customer experience and store operations during overnight shifts.
• Lead by example and uphold company policies and safety standards.
