Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT) to gain hands-on experience in the key responsibilities of a Night Operations ASM. The program includes mentorship, leadership development, and exposure to Manager on Duty duties while overseeing overnight freight operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer experience and lead store culture.
• Open/close MOD and uphold SOPs and safety.
• Ensure safety and hazmat procedures are followed.
• Plan merchandise placement and support inventory integrity.
• Participate in a structured training program for store management.
