Job summary

The Home Depot in the United States is seeking a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT). This program provides hands-on experience in overnight freight operations, leadership development, and mentorship as you learn Manager on Duty duties.

During the up-to-6-week training, you will work with Night Replenishment Managers and store leadership to develop actionable plans, improve customer service, and support department success while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise selling effort and lead customer service and associate engagement.
• Open/Close MOD and enforce store SOPs with safety and shrink controls.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hazmat procedures.
• Plan merchandise placement and inventory management; operate store systems.
• Participate in a structured training program to qualify for an Assistant Manager role.
