Job summary

Walmart is seeking a store leader who can guide and develop teams to deliver exceptional customer service and strong store performance. You will supervise hourly associates, hire and mentor staff, and drive initiatives across store operations, merchandising, and community engagement.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, inventory flow, and implementing action plans to improve results while fostering a culture of belonging and integrity in daily work.

• Develop action plans to correct deficiencies and improve processes.
• Ensure a high quality customer experience and handle initiatives to reduce shrink.
