Job summary

Walmart Lincoln location is seeking a driven leader to supervise and develop store teams, ensuring outstanding customer service and adherence to company standards.

You will drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control while maintaining strong store operations and merchandising. The role emphasizes fair treatment, inclusivity, and continuous learning for associates.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Willingness to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments (e.g., Open Door, Academy).
• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams by teaching, training, and feedback to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PLs, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to meet sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies and promote a culture of belonging and integrity across the workforce.
• Recruit, train, and develop associates, set clear expectations, and recognize performance to enable growth.
