Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training when applicable.
• Associates will be required to attend trainings (Open Door, etc.).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and listening to associates, touring stores, providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, assigning duties and promoting belonging.
• Coordinates job-related activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and measures progress.
• Ensures compliance with policies and ethics, applying Open Door Policy in business processes.
• Promotes belonging and inclusivity, builds a high-performing team across the workplace.
