Job summary

Wal-Mart Stores East, LP is recruiting for a leadership role at the Washington Court House, OH store. You will lead and develop teams, manage customer service initiatives, and drive store performance through budgeting, merchandising and operations.

You will mentor associates, promote a culture of belonging, and ensure open policy adherence across the store. The role requires supervisory experience and relevant retail background, with opportunities for growth through Live Better U and other

Qualifications

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Firearms CBC and training requirements may apply for certain locations.
Attain and complete job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and listening to associates.
Drives store revenue by monitoring budgets, merchandising, and store operations for goal achievement.
Provides supervision and development opportunities and coordinates activities with stakeholders.
Ensures policies, ethics and integrity through Open Door guidance and Walmart standards.
