Responsibilities

• Effectively supervises and delegates tasks based on department needs.
• Works with leadership to resolve team concerns.
• Responds to customer and team member needs.
• Assists in sorting and stocking for at least 75% of the shift.
• Assists in training using checklists and materials.
• Establishes and maintains a positive work environment and morale.
• Completes inventory, spoilage, temperature and sweep worksheets.
• Tracks stocking crew productivity via case count tracker.
• Opens and closes department per procedures.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Encourages a high-performance team and minimizes turnover.
• Directs customer flows to satisfy and delight customers.
