Job summary

Hy-Vee in Ripon, WI is seeking an Overnight Stocker to keep shelves full, organized, and ready for customers each morning. You'll unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate product, and ensure freshness while working with an supportive overnight team.

No prior experience required; we will train. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds, follow instructions, and communicate with customers and teammates. This position offers a physically active overnight schedule and growth opportunities with Hy-Vee.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to six months of similar or related experience preferred.
• We’ll happily train and support you as you grow.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and helping them find what they need.
• Assist customers with finding products, reaching items, carrying heavy purchases, and communicating feedback to the team.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate product to ensure freshness, and organize stock for efficiency.
• Monitor for mis-picked items, product outs, and wrong deliveries, reporting issues.
• Work with teammates to ensure a smooth overnight operation.
• Maintain Hy-Vee dress code, hygiene standards, and company policies.
