Job summary

Hy-Vee in Minnesota is seeking an Overnight Stocker to join the Grocery team. You'll be part of the overnight crew responsible for unloading trucks, stocking shelves, rotating products, and keeping backroom orderly so shelves stay full and ready for customers each morning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to six months of similar or related work experience preferred.
• Overnight shift availability and ability to lift heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and helping them find what they need
• Assist customers with finding products, reaching items, carrying heavy purchases, and passing along feedback or requests to the team
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate product to ensure freshness
• Monitor for mis-picked items, product outs, and report issues accordingly
• Organize stock for greatest efficiency and clean and restock any damaged items
• Tag shelves with overstock in the back room and understock drawers
• Report new or different items to the scanning coordinator for system input
• Work alongside your teammates to ensure a smooth, efficient overnight operation
• Maintain compliance with Hy-Vee's dress code, hygiene standards, and all company policies
• Assist in other store areas and take on special projects as needed
