Job summary

Hy-Vee is seeking an Overnight Stocker in Minnesota to keep shelves full and organized for our customers each morning.

You'll unload trucks, rotate products, tag shelves, and help customers find items while working with a team during overnight hours. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and lifting up to 100 pounds; wage range is $11.50–$14.40 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to six months of similar or related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and helping them find what they need.
• Assist customers with finding products, reaching items, carrying heavy purchases, and passing along feedback or requests to the team.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate product for freshness, and report issues to the team.
• Monitor mis-picks, product outs, and wrong deliveries and report accordingly.
• Organize stock for efficiency and maintain backroom organization.
• Tag shelves with overstock in back room and understock drawers.
• Collaborate with teammates for a smooth overnight operation.
• Adhere to Hy-Vee dress code, hygiene standards, and all policies.
