Qualifications

• Follow written and verbal instructions with confidence.
• Use basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and percentages.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Stay organized and keep up with the pace of a busy overnight shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; up to six months of similar or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find what they need.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate product to ensure freshness.
• Monitor mis-picks, product outs, and wrong deliveries.
• Tag shelves and organize the backroom for efficiency.
• Work with teammates for a smooth overnight operation.
• Maintain Hy-Vee dress code and policies.
