Hy-Vee is seeking an Overnight Stocker to keep shelves full, organized, and ready for customers each morning. You will unload trucks, rotate product, and maintain backroom organization while ensuring freshness and accurate stock levels.

Qualifications

• Follow written and verbal instructions with confidence.
• Use basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, and percentages.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates in a friendly, helpful way.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; up to six months of similar or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find what they need.
• Assist customers with locating products, reaching items, and handling heavy purchases.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate product and ensure freshness.
• Monitor for mis-picked items, product outs, and wrong deliveries and report issues.
• Organize stock efficiently and keep backroom clean and orderly.
• Tag shelves and report new items to update the system input.
• Work with teammates to ensure a smooth overnight operation.
• Maintain Hy-Vee dress code, hygiene standards, and store policies.
