Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find items.
• Assist customers with reaching items and carrying purchases; relay feedback.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate product, and manage backroom overstock.
• Monitor for mis-picked items and report issues to the team.
• Tag shelves and restock damaged items; keep backroom organized.
• Coordinate with scanning team for system input and inventory accuracy.
• Work with teammates to ensure a smooth overnight operation and adhere to dress code.
