Job summary

Hy-Vee, Inc. is hiring an Overnight Stocker to keep shelves full, organized, and ready for customers during overnight hours. You’ll unload trucks, stock and rotate products, and ensure freshness while supporting a collaborative team environment.

No prior experience is required; we provide training. The role emphasizes safety, efficient stocking, and excellent customer service throughout the overnight shift.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Good communication with customers and teammates.
• Ability to stay organized and work at a steady pace.
• Basic math skills including fractions and percentages.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find what they need.
• Assist customers with finding products and taking feedback to the team.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate products to ensure freshness.
• Monitor for mis-picks, stockouts, and incorrect deliveries and report issues.
• Organize stock for efficiency; restock damaged items.
• Tag shelves with overstock and backroom items.
• Report new items for system input and adjust as needed.
• Work with teammates for a smooth overnight operation.
• Adhere to Hy-Vee dress code, hygiene standards, and company policies.
