Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find items.
• Assist customers with locating products, reaching items, and communicating feedback to the team.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate product for freshness, and manage backroom organization.
• Monitor mis-picks, stockouts, and incorrect deliveries; report issues.
• Tag shelves with overstock and ensure backroom organization for efficiency.
• Maintain Hy-Vee dress code, hygiene standards, and store policies.
