Banner Health is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join the Clinical Care Operations team at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix. The role focuses on coordinating staff coverage and bed placement for a Level I trauma hospital, while providing administrative support to the department.

This full-time night shift position runs 6pm–6:30am with weekend/holiday rotations, offering an 18% night differential and $1/hour weekend differential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Initiates facility-wide staff placement operations and coordinates staffing across units.
• Supports nursing department staffing (RN/LPN/CNA/Tech) and develops weekly schedules.
• Performs clerical tasks, data entry, and uses multiple software platforms for scheduling and staffing.
• Acts as liaison between external and internal customers to address staffing needs.
